Shipping&Processing

Due to an increasing number of FRAUDULENT orders MillionMinks handling time (the time it will take our staff to process an order) is 5 to 7 business days (excluding USPS processing and delivery time). Our system includes a verification check on each order. To reduce the processing time for your order make sure the billing name and address is the same with the card service. Unverified orders will be canceled and fully refunded back to the card holder with a email notification. MillionMinks has 2 distribution offices, California and Georgia. All eyelashes are shipped from Georgia and all other products are shipped from California. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Service. Please allow 4-7 business days (excluding holidays) for your items to arrive or longer depending on USPS daily operations and expected delivery time. Once the package(s) has left our distribution office (California and/or Georgia), received by the post office, and a tracking number has been emailed we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.  We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses. Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 48 states. There will be a nominal fee if the shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states.

 

We ship worldwide for $25.00 using USPS First Class International. Customer will be responsible for exchange rate, duties, and taxes according to their country. International orders may be subjected to customs delays. Once your package cross US borders, the USPS tracking may not give complete tracking information. Use the same international tracking number and track your package through your local postal service. If the tracking information indicates your package passed customs inspection and have not been delivered to your door, you will have to physically claim your package at your local post office. Your local postal service will return any unclaimed packages back to the USA.
